Conservative pundit Charles Krauthammer says Barack Obama "is clearly a narcissist.

"Krauthammer, a former psychiatrist, made sure to clarify his remark was meant "in the non-scientific use of the word."

He clarified that he cannot diagnose issues "from a distance."
